We’re a group of developers, designers and data scientists accelerating hand picked startups. Our services cover multiple parallels including App design, website design, branding, SaaS dashboard, software development, business analysis, and funding.

We are now looking for an ambitious and self-driven Mid-Senior UI Designer to join our rapidly growing team.

Responsibilities

• Expert knowledge of creating and operating design systems, and advocacy of their impact and use
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and UX designers to solve customer problems leveraging an agile way of working
• Breakdown a design brief/idea and plan and choose the best visuals elements (color, font, visual hierarchy, etc) for the design to solve design problems
• Understand UX outputs and can create sketch, hi-fi wireframe according to user flow, UX mapping, information architecture and user journey
• Create design specification documents and contribute to the project design system and are comfortable to present designs and their rationale to clients.
• Collaborate with Project manager and UX designer to create alignment on messaging and design solutions

Requirements

• Solid understanding of UI design principles, responsive design and best practice across different platform, app, website and dashboard
• Experience in design agency preferable or from a single product
• Understanding of Agile, SCRUM, Kanban, and/or waterfall production methods
• Strong communication both verbal and written
• Strong skills in design software and prototyping tools, especially Figma 
• Impressive UI design skills that balance usability and delight
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant design field or equivalent practical experience
