We’re looking for a Growth & Performance Marketer to join our Marketing Team!
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Growth and Performance Marketer to join our team and play a crucial role in driving business growth through lead generation and advertising campaigns. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive leads, increase brand visibility, and ultimately contribute to business growth. You will leverage your expertise in digital advertising, analytics, and conversion optimization to create and manage effective marketing campaigns across various digital channels.
- Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate high-quality leads
- Digital Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimise online advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Data Analysis: Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, including click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI, to make data-driven decisions.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with our content team to create engaging and relevant content that supports lead generation efforts.
- SEO and SEM: Optimise website content and structure to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic. Manage paid search campaigns effectively.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Continuously identify opportunities to improve website and landing page conversion rates.
- Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI from advertising spend.
- Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to identify new growth opportunities.
- Reporting and Reporting Tools: Prepare and present regular reports to the management team, demonstrating the impact of marketing efforts on business growth.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with sales goals and objectives.
What will you bring to Tech Alchemy?
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation and performance marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative thinking and a results-oriented mindset.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
