Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive / Senior Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Pune, India

Job Type: Full-time

Experience Level: 1 - 3 years

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.

Content Creation: Develop engaging and relevant content for marketing materials, including blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, and website content.

Market Research: Stay up to date with tech trends and conduct market research to identify competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies.

SEO and SEM: Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) and manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns to improve online visibility.

Social Media Management: Create and manage social media content calendars, engage with the online community, and track social media metrics to improve brand presence.

Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns, segment email lists, and analyze campaign performance to drive customer engagement. Should have a fair knowledge of tools/platforms like Hubspot, Mailchimp, Figma, Canva among others.

Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics / G-Ads and marketing automation software.

Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, webinars, and product launches.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product development, to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the technology industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices.
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, and email marketing platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
